Commandant of Corps Jamilu A. Indabawa, the state NSCDC Commandant has commissioned the newly upgraded and refurbished Malumfashi Area Command office, assuring of it readiness to promote safety and security of the people in the state.

Indabawa who made this assertion in his address at the commissioning of the office in Malumfashi, indicated that the Command will not relent in its efforts to uncover all the activities of vandals, economic saboteurs and other criminals in the State.

The state Commandant expressed appreciation to Engineer Muntari Sagir Malumfashi for his selfless service to humanity and decision to undertake the project, as well the good people of Malumfashi and Katsina State in general for their continuous support and cooperation.

Indabawa represented by the Area Commander, Malumfashi Area Command, ACC Abdullahi Muhammed Aminu called on the good people of Katsina State to continue to assist the Corps with needed information to enable it continue to ensure a peaceful atmosphere across the state.

Justice Sadiq Abdullahi Mahuta (Rtd), the Galadiman Katsina and District Head of Malumfashi, in his remarks, called on NSCDC to reciprocate the gesture by contributing more in crime prevention and reduction in Malumfashi and the State at large.

He commended the Area Commander and his team for their commitments and dedication to duty, assuring of extending support to the Corps in the area.

Engineer Muntari Sagir Malumfashi, the Project sponsor, Mallam Maharazu Adamu Dayi, the Malumfashi LG Chairman and others in their separate address, promised their continuous support and cooperation to the Corps to enable it carry out it’s statutory responsibilities.
